WELCOME TO THE LUXURY VILLA
Not far from Gospić is located this beautiful holiday house surrounded by greenery and nature. The house consists of a ground floor, where they are located, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, and a first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In front of the house is a heated pool that will provide refreshment on warm summer days. On the covered terrace there is also an outdoor kitchen with dining area where you can enjoy barbecue meals and meals in the fresh air.

The house is fully equipped and will allow you a relaxing holiday in nature. For lovers of active holidays there is a number of fun and recreational facilities, bicycles for rides on nearby paths through nature, and for lovers of fishing not far from the house flows a clear river. There is also an equestrian club for horseback riding nearby. It is well connected by traffic and only half an hour’s drive from the sea, and near the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Booking
To book it is necessary to pay 30% of the price. Payment by bank transfer to our bank account.
The rest of the amount is paid through the bank before arrival or in cash upon arrival. In July and August, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.

Uvjeti rezervacije
Svi porezi i pristojbe su uključene u cijenu.
Posteljina i ručnici su dostupni, uključeni u cijenu i mijenjaju se jednom tjedno.
Plativo u kunama po srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke na dan plaćanja.
Grijanje bazena je uključeno u cijenu.
Za rezervaciju je potrebno uplatiti 30% cijene. Plaćanje putem bankovnog transfera na naš žiro račun. Ostatak iznosa se plaća putem banke prije dolaska ili u gotovini prilikom dolaska. Plaćanje kreditnim karticama nije moguće.
Uvjeti otkazivanja: besplatno otkazivanje 42 dana prije dolaska uz povrat cjelokupnog iznosa uplaćenog za rezervaciju. U slučaju otkazivanja 21-42 dana prije dolaska trošak otkazivanja je 50% od iznosa uplaćenog za rezervaciju. U slučaju otkaza 20 dana prije dolaska ili kasnije ili u slučaju nedolaska gubi se pravo na povrat cjelokupnog iznosa uplaćenog za rezevaciju.
Prilikom dolaska se plaća u iznosu od 300 EUR za slučaj štete. Isti iznos se vraća prilikom odjave ukoliko u objektu nije počinjena nikakva šteta.
Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. Dječji krevetić, stolica za hranjenje i pomoćni ležaj dostupni su na upit.
Vrijeme dolaska: od 16:00 Vrijeme odlaska: do 10:00
U slučaju da je kuća slobodna, moguć je raniji dolazak I kasniji odlazak. Molimo vas da nas kontaktirate radi dogovora.
Booking conditions
All taxes and fees are included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are available, included in the price and changed once a week.
Payable in HRK at the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of payment.

To book it is necessary to pay 30% of the price. Payment by bank transfer to our bank account. The rest of the amount is paid through the bank before arrival or in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not possible.
Cancellation policy: free cancellation 42 days before arrival with a refund of the full amount paid for the reservation. In case of cancellation 21-42 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount paid for the reservation. In case of cancellation 20 days before arrival or later or in case of no-show, the right to a refund of the entire amount paid for the reservation is lost.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. The same amount is refunded at check-out if no damage has been done to the property.
Pets are not allowed. A baby cot, high chair and extra bed are available on request.
